Community consultation dates announced
From 15 March 2018, Ashfield Land and Gazeley – the developers behind Rail Central – will be carrying out a second stage of formal community consultation in a process known as Section 47 Consultation.
The consultation will take place between 15 March and 23 April 2018 and include six public exhibitions at venues in Blisworth, Milton Malsor, Roade and Towcester. Alongside this, formal consultation will also take place with statutory consultees and other interested parties, under the processes known as Section 42 and Section 48.
Feedback received will help to inform the final application for the project to be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate. Please provide your feedback by 23 April 2018.

The Phase Two consultation will complement the Phase One consultation (which took place in 2016) and provides an important opportunity for the local community, landowners, neighbours, local authorities and a full range of stakeholders to comment on the proposals before an application for a Development Consent Order (DCO) is made.
The deadline for all feedback is 23 April 2018. All feedback provided during the consultation period will be considered.
